Paramilitary Housing Scheme

Byuan Resources Group submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Interior to Construct Para-Military Villages Housing Scheme Development Project for the 36 State of the Federation including the FCT Abuja at affordable prices on Mortgage Arrangement which will be deducted from personnel monthly salaries for those who have subscribed in the Housing Scheme on owner occupier basis for the ministry staff and Para-Military Personnel namely: Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Nigeria Prisons Service, Nigeria Immigration Service and Nigeria Fire Service.

This was in conformity with the President Goodluck Jonathan`s administration in the area of housing for all and to bridge the gap of the 16million housing deficit in the country.

The company and its financial partners, The Infrastructure Bank Plc and other foreign financial partners have concluded arrangements to spread the project across the Federation within a span of two years. FCT Abuja and twenty four (24) other States have already allocated lands in their state capitals for the project while the remaining twelve (12) states are undergoing various stages of land allocation processes.

Scope of Work

The company intends to spread the project in phases for easy focus:

Phase 1: Abuja, Imo, Benue, Enugu, Cross-River, Plateau, Bauchi, and Nassarawa States.
Phase 2: Ondo, Kogi, Abia, Kano, Zamfara, Kaduna, Anambra, Lagos, and Ogun States.
Phase 3: Borno, Ekiti, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, Adamawa, Taraba, Delta, Oyo, and Kwara States.
Phase 4: Sokoto, Katsina, Jigawa, Yobe, Ebonyi, Niger, Osun, Edo and Gombe States.

As the foundation stone has been laid personally by His Excellency, Dr. GoodluckEbelle Jonathan, GCFR, in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, the same fit will be replicated in all the state capitals of the Federation by the respective state Governors in the presence of the Honourable Minister of Interior; the Group Chairman/CEO, Byuan Resources Group; the MD, The Infrastructure Bank and Heads of Para-Military Agencies under the Ministry of Interior.
